Youth and Children's Work ...

St. Nic’s welcomes children and young people into the church. We have a strong Sunday-based ministry which is supported by a range of activities and groups catering for all ages from 0 to 18 years.

The 9.15am Service – The first 20 minutes of this service (whilst the children are in) is characterised by an all-age focused approach to worship. The whole flavour of the service is designed to engage with children as well as adults, with use of creative media, puppets, drama etc. We want our children to enjoy the church experience!

The following groups meet each Sunday during term-time, part way through the 9.15am service. The exception to this is the 14-18 year old group (ROCK) who meet on Sunday evening at the Youth Centre. All our groups work within social service guidelines for adult:child ratios and our volunteers are regulated through the Diocesan Child Protection Scheme.

See the weekly newsletter for full details of the week's programme.
