Our ‘Peer Groups’ offer a relaxed way to connect to nature and each other in a friendly, social and supportive environment, for up to 6-months.
Group-Based Support
Nature-Based Wellbeing groups help people connect with nature in various ways that interest them, including: gardening and conservation, movement in the outdoors, arts and creativity and ecology and citizen science, through a selection of 'Peer' and 'Skills & Learning' groups.
Joining group-based support offers a chance to focus on personal wellbeing goals and explore how connecting with nature can help. Maybe you want to feel more able to manage challenges, build self-confidence, meet new people, learn a specific skill or open-up future opportunities while getting outdoors and in nature? Then, Nature-Based Wellbeing might be for you.
Explore more about the groups we have on offer below and read a bit more about what to expect from group-based support.
You can access group-based support for up to 12-months, by joining up to 2 different groups at once.
Interested in joining?
Please complete an 'expression of interest' form (at the bottom of this page) to let us know which group/s you are interested in, and a bit about why you'd like to join them. Then, we'll be in touch to share some further information about joining. We look forward to connecting with nature together!
