Scrub Control On The Route 66 Cycle Path

Tuesday 16th December, 10am-12:30pm

Help us improve this lovely green corridor for the benefit of wildlife and people in the local community.

Come and help us manage the scrub along the cycle path which can take over if left unmanaged. We will be pruning overhanging branches and cutting back encroaching bramble.

The session will be based on the route 66 cycle path. Meet at St Nicks Environment Centre (YO10 3FW). Facilities can be accessed at the centre throughout the day.

The session is suitable for groups of 5-10 people. If your group is bigger than this, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Book this session for your team by clicking below. If you would like to do a full day, click this session and the one for the afternoon. A member of staff will then be in touch to confirm your booking and discuss details. For more information, contact Maria Gill by emailing maria@stnicks.org.uk

If there are any health or mobility issues within your group that may affect someone carrying out the task, please get in touch and we will see what we can do to support you as there may be alternative tasks available. However not all tasks and sites are fully accessible.
